Each model has nine assembly configurations, forming hundreds of types for selection across various industries such as steel plants, power plants, coal mining, mining, waste treatment, film machines, mills, plastics, engineering machinery, shipyards, and port machinery. It serves the purpose of reducing speed and increasing torque.

The ZLY560 hardened gear reducer features a two-stage transmission. Product Advantages:

2. Optimized design of main parameters ensures good interchangeability of key gear and shaft components.
3. Imported oil seals, sealants, and high-quality bearings provide excellent sealing performance with no oil leakage.
4. The housing is made of high-quality cast iron, processed by milling and boring, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance and thick walls, guaranteeing no cracking. If cracking occurs, replacement or refund is provided.
5. Natural cooling with oil sump lubrication is typically used. If thermal power is insufficient, a circulating cooling system can be added.

Installation, Use, and Maintenance:
1. The input shaft axis and output shaft axis of the reducer must align with the axes of connected components, with errors not exceeding the allowable values of the couplings.
2. After installation, fill the oil sump with the required lubricant to the level between the upper and lower marks on the oil gauge.
3. Before formal use, manually rotate the reducer to ensure smooth operation without jamming. Then conduct a no-load test run for at least 2 hours. Operation should be stable, without impact, vibration, noise, or oil leakage. Troubleshoot any issues promptly.
4. For new reducers, replace the lubricant after 20 days of initial operation. Regularly check oil quality thereafter; replace if contaminated or degraded. Maintain oil level and replenish as needed. For continuous operation, change oil every three months; for reducers used less than eight hours daily, change oil every six months.
5. Oil Selection:
Ambient temperature: -10 to 0°C: Use L-CKD46 to L-CKD68 (formerly N46-N68) lubricant.
0 to 40°C: Use L-CKD100 to L-CKD220 (formerly N100-N220) lubricant.
6. If oil temperature rises significantly, exceeding 60°C temperature rise or 85°C absolute, or abnormal noise occurs, stop use immediately. Investigate the cause; if due to issues like tooth surface adhesion, repair, resolve the fault, and replace lubricant before reuse.
7. If severe seepage or leakage occurs at joints, open the cover and apply 601 sealant. If oil seals leak, replace with the original oil seal model.
8. Due to the characteristics of hardened gears, the input shaft is relatively thin but has high load capacity. Belt drive and speed variation are generally not recommended. If belt transmission is necessary, consult our technical department. The output shaft should not directly mount gears; if required, extend it and add an auxiliary bearing support.
